Surrey Au pair Agency

The Au Pair program is a cultural learning exchange opportunity, open to young people between the ages of 18 - 30, whereby they're welcomed to live with a British host family, to experience the British way of life, and learn the language, receive free boarding and lodging, weekly pocket money, and, in exchange, help the family with the children and light housework.
Au pairs are expected to help around 30 hours and 2 evenings babysitting per week, for a recommended £100-£110 per week pocket money and full boarding. They must have free time during the evenings and two free days (usually the weekends), to attend English classes at a nearby college.
Our agency supplies live in mother's helps for families that need that extra bit of help.
Mother's helps are candidates over the age of 20, with at least one year childcare and/or housekeeping experience, who are happy to work between 35-45 hours per week and 2 evenings babysitting, usually assisting a stay home parent (mum or dad), but sole charge can be discussed and agreed upon, beforehand. Mother's/Father's help receive between £8-£9/hour, depending on hours, qualifications, and experience. Au-pairs and mother's helps are not suitable to have sole charge of an infant under 2 years of age.
